I’ve been performing my whole life — literally.
I started dancing at three years old, and by the time I was 26, I had qualified as a professional dance teacher.

I danced, sang, and even performed as a backing vocalist in a band before deciding to take full control and make it a business.
I bought my own van, PA system, and lights, created six full productions, and travelled the UK — singing, dancing, and building something that was completely mine.

My business was just one part of what I was proud of. My main focus was always my child — my world — Mackenzie Sol.
From the age of four, Mackenzie had a spark, a voice, a calling — and I gave everything to nurture it.
By five, he was on X Factor.
By twelve, we were traveling nonstop — performing in musical theatre, taking voice lessons, dance classes, acting school, soccer tournaments.

Then came the big break: an offer in Los Angeles.
I sold everything. Moved across the world.
Left my parents, my disabled brother, my marriage — my entire life — because I knew my child was a superstar 
We pursued that dream in America and faced every challenge imaginable.
No money. Maxed credit cards.
Toxic managers, broken promises, record label chaos, and the constant pressure to keep going.

And then — breast cancer changed everything.

It forced me to stop, to breathe, and to finally see what years of stress and self-sacrifice had done to my body.
I realized that success without health isn’t success at all — and that healing has to start from the inside out.

Now, my mission is simple:
To help talent and families , and creatives detox and prevent toxic situations. I want to help with growth without the stress navigating the industry in a healthy way.
